[Saint-Remy Church] As early as the 13th century, there is a Saint-Rémy church in Dieppe, but it was 100 meters south-east of the castle and today only the tower (Saint-Rémy tower) remains, now integrated on the castle walls. The construction of the new Saint-Rémy church, in this new location, began in the 16th century, but because of the Wars of Religion, it would not end until the 17th century. At least without its north tower which will never be built.
