An off road route suitable for a MTB or gravel bike. Quiet and peaceful with beautiful scenery all around.

This forms part of the Sarn Helen route that crosses Wales from Conwy to Swansea, although the exact route in certain places remains a mystery.

What is certain is that this way is very ancient indeed!

Pre covid times there were giant puddles and it was more suited to a MTB. It has since been smoothed over and is good on a gravel bike, and the giant puddles have mostly disappeared.
