The Mooshäusschen (Moos House) near Wilhelmsdorf in the Saale-Orla district is a moss-clad shelter with a stunning view of the Saale River. Tradition dictates that every hiker should bring a piece of moss and stick it into the shelter's wall. With a bit of luck, you might even spot dormice, which feel perfectly at home in the moss-clad shelter.
