Breathtaking view of Lake Iseo and the Camonica Valley
A true highlight of Lake Iseo: The viewpoint at San Defendente above Riva di Solto offers a spectacular panoramic view of the entire lake and the Camonica Valley. The unobstructed view of the striking Corna Trentapassi, which rises steeply from the water, is particularly impressive.
This short hike is worthwhile in any season: In spring, countless wild herbs bloom here, in summer the water glows a deep blue, and in autumn the surrounding slopes turn colorful. On a clear day, the view extends to the snow-capped peaks of the Alps in the background.
