The country estate was built in the course of the 17th century and the beginning of the 18th century. The mansion, built in neo-classical style, was built in 1862 in place of the original mansion.
The farm Hof Klein Berkenbosch is located at Duinbeekseweg 7. Various sources mention that this farm originally belonged to the Berkenbosch country estate as an orangery. The farm was built in 1691, but it is likely that there were buildings on this site earlier.
