Whitworth Park is a lovely green space that's home to the Whitworth Art Gallery, part of the University of Manchester. This 18-acre (7 ha) green space is a pleasant place to relax and you'll have the opportunity to spot several bird species. Meanwhile, the gallery boasts over 60,000 works and was founded in 1889.
