Fort II of the Toruń Fortress (Fort Friedrich von Bülow - Prussian General of Infantry, since 1920 named after Stefan Czarniecki) - the most modern fort in Toruń and at the same time the oldest armored fort of the Second Reich. It was built in the years 1888-1892 as the last fort of Toruń. Equipped with the heaviest artillery of the fortress - 4 howitzers of caliber 210 mm placed in armored towers. The entire fort is surrounded by a counter-scarp rampart.
