Since 1984, the former town hall of Ingelheim, located in the historic Nieder-Ingelheim district, has been the venue for the International Days exhibitions. In a tranquil setting, just a stone's throw from the remains of the Carolingian imperial palace and its excavations, the two-story, late 19th-century building, structured by striking round windows, greets visitors with its hourly chime of the bell.

After three years of extensive renovation and expansion, the Old Town Hall reopened in 2018: A new entrance with a spacious foyer, an additional underground exhibition space, four galleries in the modernized historic town hall, and visitor-friendly infrastructure offer a barrier-free tour of this exhibition center, which has built its own distinctive reputation through the International Days exhibitions since 1959.
