The Bildstein summit is just a short detour away on the hiking trail "Schluchseer Jägersteig", quite easy to climb and still offers a magnificent view of and over the Schluchsee - it is definitely worth it!

The picture stone is located on the pleasure trail "Jägersteig". From the summit you have almost a perfect panoramic view of the Schluchsee. Even a small Vesper break is nothing in the way, benches available, ascent over a few steps, no great difficulty.

This fantastic viewpoint is like a gift, especially when the view of the Alps becomes clear in the middle of summer. There is a nice table with a bench, barbecue and relaxation lounger ... we took various rubbish with us from people who still didn't understand how valuable unspoiled nature is - too bad.

The Bildsteinfelsen can be hiked from almost all directions. The paths and paths are different in length, some are quite comfortable, others are sweaty.
