It is a nice and pretty easy 2.5-mile hike to the remains of the Tortilla Ranch from this trailhead. The trail follows an old backcountry road that is really rough over the first quarter mile, so a passenger car will not make it. Better park your car at this trailhead and enjoy the spectacular scenery along the two-track road. The trailhead has no pit toilet, just an information board.
