At less than 15 minutes by bike you can drive into an idyllic wetland with your bike. The Reeuwijk lakes are separated from each other by narrow roads, but the various lakes can easily be admired from the bicycle. But beautiful trips can also be made on foot. You can provide yourself with a snack or drink at a number of strategic places. In the harvest season there are sometimes stalls along various routes where you can buy fruit, nuts or vegetables. A few coins in a box and you have become the owner of a bunch of fresh cucumber, zucchini or sack of plums.
Have fun in this natural environment in Het Groene Hart. I have been coming here as a Brabantian for 53 years in the summer and many weekends and it never gets boring. Hopefully skating again. Sailing, swimming and also skating on the cycling track is also possible. Or rent a whisper boat.
