Very cozy mountain hut of the Erlangen section of the DAV. The hut is in an unbelievable location directly on the Wettersee and offers a unique view down into the Ötztal. Special tip: get up early in the morning and admire the sunrise over the peaks of the Stubai Alps.

The high-alpine Erlanger Hütte (German Alpine Club) is located at 2,550 meters in the Ötztal Alps on the shores of the beautiful Wettersee and boasts a beautiful guest room. It is open from mid-June to mid-September and offers several sleeping spaces in double and multi-bed rooms, as well as dormitories. If you plan to stay overnight, advance booking with the Rimml family, who have run the hut since 2008, is recommended.
