After the easy ride along the Töss, the climb to Kyburg begins. A steep 160 meters in altitude! But the effort is definitely worth it, because the castle of the same name, which was first mentioned in 1027, sits at the top of the rocky spur. If you don't feel like taking a history lesson, you can take a break in one of the restaurants or look forward to the upcoming, rapid descent.

Castle courtyard freely accessible until about 5 p.m. Very nice, picturesque village right next to it, which is worth a tour.

Was unfortunately too early in the year, the castle is only accessible from April to October, the attached museum then opens from 10: 00-17: 30 clock.
