Vladas Sirutavičius (born in 1877), the owner of the Kairiškii manor, still in his youth in 1903. one of the first hydroelectric power plants in Lithuania was established here. It's incredible that it still works today. It is the generators of this hydroelectric power plant and the nearby dam that cause that strong noise.
