Here everyone says "The lighthouse in Lomonosov on the descent"...
And this is the "RCUDS Raskat" building complex, owned by the Federal State Unitary Enterprise "Rosmorport"!
RCUDS is the "Regional Center of the Vessel Traffic Management System"
The first domestic VTS was put into operation in 1960 in the Leningrad port. The first coastal radar station (BRLS) "Raskat" in the country was built in Old Peterhof on the southern shore of the Neva Bay. It worked on demand, helping ships navigate the narrow part of the sea channel in poor visibility conditions.
In 1991, as a result of modernization, a coastal automated Vessel Traffic Management System (BARS UDS) was created with the radar center "Raskat" and two automated radar posts "Bronka" and "Strelna". Then this system was extended to the inner waters of the port.
