The Warsaw Uprising Museum is a historical institution in Warsaw, located in the former Tram Power Plant at 79 Grzybowska Street. Opened on 31 July 2004, on the eve of the 60th anniversary of the outbreak of the uprising, the museum documents its history and the activities of the Polish Underground State.
The exhibition presents the everyday life of the insurgents against the background of the occupation, the international situation and the post-war fate of the participants in the fights. The museum uses modern audiovisual technologies, which makes it attractive to young people and helps popularize historical knowledge. Its collection includes over 30 thousand exhibits
