The site of the former Gramzow station (Uckerm) and the station building are now owned by the Gramzow Railway Museum. On the section between Gramzow and Damme and between Damme and Eickstedt, the railway museum now operates its own route. Starting point is the museum in Gramzow.

The Gramzow Railway Museum, officially the Brandenburg Museum for Narrow-Gauge and Private Railways, is located in Gramzow in the Uckermark region of Brandenburg and presents over 100 years of history of narrow-gauge and private railways in Germany. The museum comprises an extensive collection of historic vehicles, including steam, diesel, and electric locomotives, railcars, and passenger and freight cars. Exhibits include the steam locomotive 99 4503, the diesel locomotive V 60-31 (ex PCK Schwedt), and the railcar VT 137 527.
