Depends on how long the round should last. If you like it more comfortable, take the broad path. But if you prefer the right trails that are crossed by roots and stones that can sometimes be really steep and go right through the thicket, this is the place. I love such ways.

On the right the path goes up to the Arnoldshütte or Prinzregenten tower, on the left is the path which continues from the Sonneberg view (in the direction of Neustadt).

Dear guests, our Arnoldhütte is located on the Muppberg at about 500 m above sea level.
Up here you can escape everyday life and leave the stress behind in the valley.
The hut is located in the middle of the state forest in Bavaria and is the ideal meeting point for numerous hikes and mountain tours.
After you have reached the mountain peak, you can eat and drink together from our fully equipped kitchen and rest.
Enjoy the blazing warmth next to our fireplace.
Meet up with your hiking friends for a chat and have a cool blond to your health.
On summer days you can sit outside in our beer garden and clink glasses.
Music events with live music, Alm parties and other festivities are to be organised. We would like to revive alpine hut flair for you.
We want young and old, hikers, families and people who want to celebrate together to come up to us.
Come to the Muppberg.
Enjoy the great outdoors and the fresh air.
