    The Pappelsteig is a high water footbridge in the east town of Fürth. It begins in the city park on Engelhardtsteg and spans the meadow ground of the Pegnitz in a northeasterly direction to the Espaner foot and bike path An den Garten. The path was named after the poplars, which form a three-row avenue that shapes the cityscape.
