The dashed path to pos. 8.00 is now very difficult to make out. Going up with a bike is not possible the first 50m. Tip: continue driving and take the path from the two o'clock position. The tower itself is astonishingly old but in very good shape. The view is great.

Currently, a tree is lying across just before the final ascent.
The view from the tower is very limited by the trees.
As Stefan28 writes, the view from the bank northwest of the tower to Siegen is fantastic.
