In 2016 it was still a run-down and overgrown plot with one squeaky Soviet metal swing. Having kept this swing out of nostalgia but the whole Chapel Hill has been revitalised and the children of Käsmu have somewhere to play together. In 2023, the playground was fitted with lighting and a charging point. Today, the playground boasts fun swings, climbers, and slides, a seating area for parents to socialise, and, of course, a flounder trawl.

A flounder trawl is a fishing vessel that uses a special type of trawl net to catch European flounder. Trawling is a method of fishing where a net is dragged along the sea bottom or in a water column to catch fish. A large net has been designed to remain close to the bottom of the sea. The bottom part of the net can be fitted with weights to keep it low, and the top of the net with floaters to make it float on the sur face. When the trawl net is dragged behind the trawler, the net opens and spreads wide to catch as many fish as possible. The lower e
