Singha Park is a worthwhile excursion and can be explored on foot, by scooter, by bike or by rented golf cart. The tea plantations are definitely a highlight. In general, the majority of people here are locals. Anyone expecting a high presence of beer will probably be disappointed, because despite the name, the park is planned as a family attraction (and therefore non-alcoholic). Tip: Eating and drinking in the park is very expensive. On the other side of the main street from the park entrance there are several very good and cheap Thai bistros.
