In 1999, a Complex of Post-Secondary Schools was located in the manor, which after a few years moved to new buildings - and the manor fell into disrepair and was abandoned..
Since 2012 - as the property of the Commune Office - the manor has been thoroughly renovated and intended for public utility purposes - a kindergarten was established there.
