From here you get a great view of the Window Cliffs, and this could be a good place to turn around. However, if you want to continue on you can hike all the way to the cliffs themselves, but they are quite sheer and may not be the best for those with a fear of heights. Also, just a little further on is a beautiful waterfall that makes another great destination.

In order to get to this point you'll have to cross Cane Creek 8-9 times, so make sure you have appropriate footwear. Also, the cliff edges are very sheer so it may not be the best option if you are afraid of heights. That being said, the views are incredible and for a rather short hike there is a lot to see and do along the way.
