Above Zakynthos is the small town of Bochali with a ruined castle. Quite spacious, very nice to walk and explore. Very pleasant due to the many trees even in the heat. Great view over the city.

Wednesday-Sunday 8:30 a.m.-3:00 p.m.

The Bochali castle also has six church ruins, cisterns, foundations and catacombs that still need to be archaeologically uncovered. Unfortunately, we were unable to find the entrance to the nearby Jewish cemetery.
