The so-called War Memorial in Binde is dedicated to the fallen soldiers of the First and Second World Wars. The memorial consists of a stepped stele with a temple-like top decorated with an Iron Cross. The structure is crowned by an eagle, which has been damaged for several decades and now only has one wing. A name plaque is embedded in the memorial, commemorating the deceased.

The memorial was originally erected to commemorate the fallen soldiers of the First World War. Later, the original inscriptions were covered with a new granite slab, which bears the names of the fallen soldiers of both world wars.
