Next a picnic pavilion, the Hooper-Bowler-Hillstrom House may be best known for it's two-story outhouse; the first floor of which is open for viewing (the second isn't structurally sound enough, but they helpfully include a diagram of how someone would use the 2nd floor without hitting those on the first).
The house was originally built in 1871 but added on many times over the course of the three families that inhabited it.
Tours are available and free, but donations are accepted to help with the upkeep of the house.
