Can be ridden uphill or downhill. In wet conditions there are two places with rocky ground and it is very slippery. I rode uphill and pushed the two sections because it has rained a lot in the last few weeks and at night too. A popular trail for hikers and joggers. Very busy at weekends, be careful and respectful.
