The grain is milled using two fully equipped pairs of English natural stones from the quarries of La-Ferté-sous-Jouarre (France) and sharpened with an eccentric straight-edged skewer. This results in a very excellent end product: 100% high-quality flour made from wheat, rye, and spelt. The third pair of stones is used exclusively for grinding grain into animal feed.

This mill, built in 1996, is a faithful copy of the earlier mill that had to be demolished and rebuilt for various construction reasons.

The mill is open all year round and freshly ground flour products are sold every last Sunday of the month (from 12 noon to 5 pm). You can order via the webshop!

Guided visit to the mill with the necessary expert explanation provided by the miller, for groups of at least 10 people, only on request from the miller.

You are always very welcome when the mill is open.

The Verrebeekmolen is a stone windmill, a so-called ground-sailer, dating from 1996.
It is a copy of an earlier mill on the same site, which was demolished for structural reasons.
The mill is still in operation, and grain is ground into flour using the millstones in the traditional way.
