According to tradition, the parish was established in 1373 by the metropolitan archbishop of Gniezno, Jarosław Bogoria Skotnicki, who funded and built the first larch church of All Saints. It was to serve the faithful for over six centuries, until it burned down in 1913. Thanks to the efforts of Father Ferdynand Jacobi, in the years 1913-1916 a new church dedicated to the Sacred Heart of the Lord Jesus was built in its place, according to the design of Józef Pius Dziekoński, which was consecrated in 1923 by the bishop of Łódź, Wincenty Tymieniecki. During the war, the Germans turned the church into a grain warehouse, making pastoral ministry impossible. After the war, the faithful and priests restored the church to its dignified appearance. Thanks to the efforts of subsequent generations, it has survived to this day.
The church is made of brick, oriented, single-nave, in the neo-Baroque style. The nave and presbytery have a star vault, as well as a barrel vault in the apses of the transept, and barrel vaults above the choir and porch. The entire structure is dominated by a tower built in the western part of the church. In the presbytery apse stands the main altar with a figure of the Sacred Heart of Jesus, placed above the tabernacle, and a painting of Our Lady of Częstochowa. Two side altars are dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary.
The church's furnishings include, among others: an embroidered chasuble from the 17th century, a Rococo monstrance from the mid-17th century, tin Baroque candlesticks, and two plaques dedicated to Fr. Mieczysław Rzadkowski, parish priest of the Błonie parish, murdered in Dachau on 12 August 1942, and Fr. to Msgr. Ferdynand Jacobi, the builder of the church in Błonie, who also died in Dachau on 25 VIII 1941.
