The sacristan's house was built in the second half of the 18th century. Together with the cathedral, the bishop's palace, the canonry, the rectory, the dean's curia and the school, it was part of the former cathedral estate. Rebuilt at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. It is a single-story house with an attic, designed on a square plan. The building was covered with a gable roof, with a centrally placed chimney. The house is private property and can only be seen from the outside.
