Wide sandy beach at the south end of the lake. Safer and warmer swimming than the nearby Atlantic even early or late in the season. Apparently not crowded even in summer. Good bike path along the lake that might get a little busy during the July/August season weekends, but empty most of the year.

Good bike path along the lake with heavy traffic during the day. it is best to ride early in the morning or early evening when beach visitors are not around

Very nice beach. Rather go there in the morning to have a little calm in high season
