The Pariner Berg is a 72 meter high elevation in Groß Parin in Schleswig-Holstein. On it is the Bismarck column on the Pariner Berg.

The Pariner Berg is an ice-age terminal moraine of the Baltic ridge, which is typical for the Schleswig-Holstein hills. It forms the northern boundary of the Lübeck Basin and the eastern boundary of the Schwartau glacial valley.

Due to its exposed location, the Pariner Berg was the site of a windmill, which housed the Pariner Berg forced labor camp during the Second World War. The last building still standing today is used as a residential building.

The Bismarck Column, built around 1901/1902 and 12.8 meters high, offers a view of the surroundings as far as Lübeck, Neustadt, the Bay of Lübeck and the hilly landscape of Holstein Switzerland.

About halfway between Groß Parin and the Bismarck Column there is a memorial for those who died in World War I and World War II. Until the beginning of June 2015, the Lübeck rotary radio beacon (LUB) for air traffic control was located about halfway between Klein Parin and the Bismarck column.

The Bismarck Column was closed for a long time, but now it is accessible again. The restoration was successful and apparently quite true to the original. Only the pillar of fire at the top is missing. The view - fantastic! It extends as far as Lübeck.
