The memorial sign is a gray boulder with a memorial plaque, installed in 2007, which depicts the path along the Viliya River, which the Belarusian historian, archaeologist,
local historian, belonging to a noble family, one of the founders of Belarusian archeology, Konstantin Tyshkevich. This unique journey provided the basis for the book “Vilia and Its Shores.” A year later, a sculpture of Vilyana, a symbol of the river, whose name is associated with the legend of Stepan and Vilyana, appeared on this stone.
