The church was built in the 15th century on a rectangular plan. The stepped portal is located in the longer nave wall, as are the pointed windows, surrounded by bricks. There are also window openings in the gable wall - two large ones and two small ones above. Next to the church there is a wooden, skeleton bell tower, topped with a cupola - in a deplorable condition.
Next to it there is also a monument in memory of the German inhabitants of Mokre who died during World War I.
