    The Bolsdorfer Tälchen recreation area offers excellent cycling and hiking trails. There's also a barefoot path to explore. Whether on foot or by bike, the valley offers great highlights for everyone. These include the Hillesheim city wall, the lake, and the biotope complex in Hillesheim, as well as the historic bakehouse and the "Little Museum Bolsdorf" in Bolsdorf. The valley is located on the 9th stage of the Eifelsteig, but the trail also has its charm as a circular route with various possible routes. Karla's fitness trail, which is signposted numerous times along the route, offers many stations where you can engage in various physical activities. For me, this is one of the most beautiful recreational areas in the Hillesheim region.
