Built in the 19th century in a Louis XIII style, it was owned by the State until 2007 and for thirty years housed the National School of Fire Officers (ENSOSP). This was closed on June 28, 2007.
The property was sold in December 2008 and restored. It is currently used for weddings and receptions.
