St. John's Minster is a Catholic church in Neumarkt in der Oberpfalz and the town's most important and largest church. The church was dedicated to Saint John the Baptist and celebrates its patron saint's day on June 24th. Construction began in 1404 as a Gothic hall church and was completed in 1434. In 2015, the church was elevated to the status of a minster. St. John's Minster is a Gothic hall church. The church is located in the center of the old town, near the town hall. The church houses a Romanesque baptismal font from the 13th century.
