The Amthof carillon is a citizen project of the "St. Peter and Paul Tower Clock Interest Group" in the Historical Camberg Association.

The chimes can be heard five times a day after the neighboring clock strikes on the Obertorturm at 10 a.m., 12 p.m., 3 p.m., 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. with melodies that vary with the seasons.
