A modern, very clean entrance to the area of the former concentration camp. Names are announced over the loudspeakers, presumably those of the victims. The names echo a little in the tunnel and in the open corridor... I would say so that they echo within us too.

A large entrance area leads to the grounds of the Auschwitz main camp, along with the streams of tourists. A security check is conducted before the actual entrance. Tickets must be scanned several times. Tickets should be purchased online in advance.
