The history of Strąpie dates back to the 15th century, when it was associated with the estate in Dzików. In the 18th century, the estate was owned by the von Küssow family, while in the first half of the 19th century it belonged to Major von Lebbin. He was the founder of the manor house and the park. The next owner of Strąpie was the Wöller family, thanks to whom the farm developed very dynamically. There was a village connected to the entire farm, whose inhabitants were employed on the estate. Horses, cattle and pigs were bred here. To this day, the village has a well-preserved manor complex with a clear composition consisting of a manor house, a park and farm buildings. All these elements are entered in the register of monuments.
The manor and palace complex in Strąpie is the largest and best preserved structure of this type in the Myślibórz district. It is a compact functional, spatial and compositional whole.
