Angela and her husband run this restaurant where you can eat really well at any time of the day - it is also open in winter.
But apparently it's important to negotiate a price with Angela before she starts cooking. I read that on Google Maps. However, it's not easy because Angela a) doesn't speak English or Italian and b) stubbornly calls 1000 Leke (equivalent to about 10 EUR) 100 Leke and writes it down that way. I was supposed to pay 130 leke, which would have been only €1.30 for a whole multi-course meal. After at least a 10-minute discussion via Google Translator, she brought out banknotes worth 130 leke to put an end to my confusion - which worked! Although to my eyes the number 1300 was still on these banknotes :-)
Afterwards we had a great chat about all sorts of things and her food was freshly prepared and really delicious. She gave me cookies and a small grilled fish.
Prepared for the 1000/100 misunderstanding, you can have a wonderfully relaxed time in the Kneta.
