The Gersthofer Müllberg, also known as the Augsburger Müllberg or affectionately “Monte Scherbelino”, is a former landfill hill that now serves as a local recreation area. It rises about 55 meters above the surrounding landscape and offers an impressive 360-degree panoramic view of Augsburg, Gersthofen and, on a clear day, as far as the Alps.
