Located approximately one kilometer north-east of the urban center of the town of Terrades, on the right bank of the GI-504 road in the direction of the town of Llers.
Small rehabilitated temple with a single nave on a rectangular plan, with a semicircular apse facing east. The hermitage of Sant Sebastià is a popular building, consecrated at the beginning of the 17th century. This chapel, like most of those dedicated to Sant Sebastià, were built to implore help from the saint, advocate against epidemics. The building was restored in the 80s, and recently the Department of Culture of the Generalitat of Catalonia, the Diputació de Girona and the Ajuntament de Terrades together with the Diocese of Girona launched an intervention in 1991 to pave the whole the chapel
