Springfield Hospital Center is a psychiatric hospital and the land around it is a natural preserve. There are several small roads passing through it and it's lovely grounds. Some of the buildings inside are modern and maintained but there are other old abandoned buildings also. The older building are listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
