Due to the pleasant slope and relatively little traffic one of the best road bike routes of Iserlohn or Hemer. The route can be continued in the direction of Neuenrade or Hemer-Ihmert, Iserlohn-Kesbern, Hegenscheid or Altena.

The Stephanopeler valley connects Hemer Sundwig with Garbeck and Balve. It can be from Sundwig to Heppingsen with very little slope beautiful and meanders through the beautiful valley. From Heider Mühle there are two crisp, but short climbs up to Schultenhof, which is great for a little breather.
