Almarza is a municipality in the province of Soria, in the Almarza region, community of Castilla y León.
The origins of this population can be found in some of the nuclei that make up the term, such as the Celtiberian forts of Gallinero and Tera or the dolmen of San Gregorio.
Among its heritage, the Casa Fuerte, the Convent, the church of San Gregorio (in Cubo de la Sierra) and the palace house of the Marquis of Vadillo (in Tera) stand out.
