After the bridge there are some meters of altitude which can get really exhausting in the thin air but dont forget to enjoy the beautiful views up there!

After the ascent up to here the landscape is pretty much the same, the mountain slopes suddenly become rockier and the last few meters prepare you mentally for what is to come the next day. Technically, the passage is undemanding.

From the tea house to Phedi the path is narrow and further along very loose.

Keep watch above, this landslide area has had some conservation work done but there are still many places where rocks are loose and moving.

The ascent is mostly steady but will feel demanding due to the altitude and potentially hot temps.

You will be at Thorong Phedi between 30 and 45 min from here
