Vijay Stambh, also known as Tower of Victory, was built in the 15th century by Maharana Kumbha to commemorate his victory over the combined armies of Malwa and Gujarat. The tower is approximately 37 meters high and features intricate carvings depicting scenes from Hindu mythology.
There is another tower called Kirti Stambh also known as Tower of Fame which is another notable monument in Chittorgarh. It is a 22 meter high tower built by a Jain trader in the 12th century. The tower is dedicated to Adinath, the first Jain tirthankara, and features sculptures and carvings related to Jainism.
