Above Lautenbach, directly on the Panoramasteig, a resourceful local has set up a "self-service refreshment center". The colorfully mixed furniture is an interesting contrast to established food stations, but has a lot of charm and offers plenty of seating, even for larger groups. Chilled drinks are available in reservoirs in sufficient quantity, is paid on their own.
